These terms govern use of the DelPulse website and subscriptions. [Company name] ("we") provides DelPulse. By creating an account you agree to them.

Licence

A subscription gives the named person, or the members of a licensed organisation, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use DelPulse materials for their own organisation's work. You may not resell, republish, train others commercially on, or create derivative frameworks from DelPulse materials without a written licence.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

Intellectual property

DelPulse, its name, content, diagrams and templates are owned by [Company name]. SAFe is a registered trademark of Scaled Agile, Inc.; DelPulse is not affiliated with Scaled Agile.

Liability

DelPulse is guidance. You remain responsible for decisions you make with it, including safety, compliance and information governance obligations.
