Connecting your delivery and service tools

You will be able to

• Choose how each product or team tracks work
• Connect the service desk for exit criteria and changes
• Send notifications to Teams and a feed to Power BI

Step by step

1. Open Tracker settings Workspace › Organisation › Tracker settings
   Each product or team chooses DelPulse boards, Jira or Azure DevOps; Jira and Azure DevOps connections work both ways.
2. Connect the service desk Tracker settings › Service management
   Incidents and service levels feed early life support exit criteria; changes go both ways.
3. Set notifications Organisation › Notifications and feeds
   Post to a Teams channel and give Power BI a read-only feed.
4. Go deeper Training › Administration
   Live connections need the Integrations add-on (included in Enterprise+). Jira field mapping, Microsoft 365 and the Atlassian backbone each have a module.
