Step by step

1. Front doors Raise a request
   Products grouped by member organisation; the request lands on that product for Triage.
2. Push to the network Request › Push to the network
   Too big or complex for one organisation: it becomes a capability with that organisation as lead.
3. Intake types Capability › Hub
   Member organisation request, universal change, or lead organisation first.
4. Where everyone stands Capability › Hub
   Lead, adopted, adopting, planned or not now, with dates and linked work. Raise everywhere for a universal change.
5. Adopt and share lessons Capability › Hub
   A later organisation adopts with one request that carries the lessons so far.
