You will be able to
- Find a unit’s document library
- Create a page from a template and edit it
- Use the version history to compare and restore
- Upload files and new versions into folders
- Link documents to work and restrict who can see them
Step by step
- Open the library Unit › Documents
Pages on the left, in a tree; files on the right, in folders. - Create a page Documents › New page
Give it a title and start from a template: meeting notes, requirements, how-to guide, design, retrospective or blank. - Write and save Page › Edit
The preview shows how it will look. Use the buttons for headings, lists, checklists, tables and links. - Check the history Page › History
Every save is a version. See what changed, or restore an earlier one. - Upload files Documents › Upload a file
Upload into a folder. The same name again becomes the next version. - Link and restrict Page settings, or the item’s Documents
Link a page or file to a work item; restrict it to the people with a role on the unit.
