- Open the risk Work › Maternity module go-live › risk MAT-2
Risks and issues have owners at every level. - Escalate Risk › Escalation panel
Choose the reviewer one level up and say what you need from them. - Review My day › Escalated to you for review
Accept and own it, or return it with a response. - Close Programme › Risks and issues board
Closing the accepted copy closes the original too.
