Step by step

1. Meet the agents Work › Agents
   Intake Triage, Gate Readiness, Delivery Risk, Board Pack and Handover Pack, each with one job.
2. Read a proposal Waiting for a decision
   What the agent wants to do, and why.
3. Decide Waiting for a decision
   With a role on the unit, add a note and approve or reject. Approved changes are made in your name and logged with the agent’s; a rejected proposal is not made again for 30 days.
