Step by step

1. Raise it on the team Team › Work › Service request or Small change
   Anyone can raise a service request. The team raises small changes.
2. Assess it on the sprint backlog Team › Work › Backlog
   Point it like a story at Backlog Refinement: 1, 3, 5 or 8.
3. Plan to the guide Team › Work › Sprints
   Each team sets a service share guide: 25% unless it chooses another. It is a guide, not a limit: going over is allowed, and noted on the item.
4. Read the trend and adjust Team › Work › Sprints › Service share
   See each sprint’s actual share against the guide and the average by month of the year. Change the guide, or plan lighter roadmap work for the busy months.
