You will be able to

  • Search knowledge before you ask
  • Ask for something from the catalogue
  • Report a fault in plain words and follow your tickets

Step by step

  1. Open Get help Service › Get help
For everyone, including people on free requester seats. Search first: popular answers and known errors are at the top.
  2. Ask for something Get help › Ask for something
The catalogue lists what you can ask for, by service, with the questions each asks, whether it needs approval and how long it usually takes.
  3. Report a fault Get help › Something is broken
Say which service, what is wrong, who is affected and whether you can still work. DelPulse works out the priority from your answers.
  4. Follow your tickets Get help › Your tickets
See where each ticket is and read the replies. When it is resolved, say whether it is fixed and rate the help you got.
