Step by step

1. Open Raise a request Workspace › Home › Raise a request
   Anyone with a seat, including free requester seats, can raise one.
2. Choose the system and describe the problem Raise a request form
   Say what you need in a sentence, then the problem today and who it affects.
3. Answer the risk check Raise a request form
   Could it cause harm, or a serious risk to people, customers, data or compliance? Answer honestly: if it could, it goes to the expedite lane. A sector pack can use your sector’s words, such as patient safety in healthcare.
4. Paste an email Raise a request form
   On Enterprise+, paste an email or document and DelPulse fills in the request for you to check.
5. Track it Raise a request › My requests
   See its status as the product team triages, scores and plans it. In a network, products are grouped by member organisation.
