The Pulse Cycle
Twelve weeks, six two-week sprints. The Pulse Cycle is the heartbeat of the network: it plans shared capabilities and dependencies while every organisation keeps its own sprints.

Rules of the cycle
- There is no dedicated planning sprint: teams keep delivering through Cycle Planning and Cycle Review.
- Network events plan only shared capabilities and dependencies; each organisation plans its own sprints.
- Safety and compliance and change approval are standing agenda items, not separate meetings.
- Essential and Organisation configurations run only the product and team events.
- The Portfolio Review happens once per cycle, after Cycle Review.
