Hazard log and safety case

Safety risk evidence for every change, owned by the Safety and Compliance Lead or the organisation’s Safety and Compliance Officer.

Build the hazard log and safety case to your sector’s safety or compliance standard (for example ISO 31000, IEC 61508 for functional safety or EN 50126 in rail). Where a standard splits duties, the supplier provides evidence for what it builds and your organisation assesses how it is deployed and used.
