Named agents
Five AI colleagues with one job each: Intake Triage, Gate Readiness, Delivery Risk, Board Pack and Handover Pack. They read the live data and propose; a person with a role on the unit approves or rejects, and only then does anything change. A request can be handed to the Intake Triage agent like assigning it. Enterprise+.
Why it matters
Routine checking (is this a duplicate, what is missing for the gate, which project is drifting, what goes in the board pack, what must carry over at handover) takes PMO time every week. Agents do the checking; people keep the decisions.
