Business change record
For every release, epic and project: the impact level (low, medium or high), the groups of people affected and what changes for them, communications planned and sent, training and super users by group, readiness before release, and adoption checks at 30, 60 and 90 days after it. Features and requests are released, and projects pass G3, only when readiness is met.
Why it matters
Technology changes nothing until people change how they work. One record keeps the people side visible from impact to adoption.
