Code, pipelines and security
GitHub or any pipeline tool sends commits, pull requests, builds, deployments and security findings, matched to work items by key. Each product shows what is live, its releases with notes written from the work, the gate to live (approved change, change freezes, security, build) and the four DORA measures. Critical and high findings become defects; accepted risks are recorded decisions with an end date.
Why it matters
Leaders ask what is live, what is in it, and whether it is safe. Linking code, pipelines and security scans to the work answers that from the source, and stops unapproved or unsafe changes reaching live.
