Document library
Every portfolio, programme, project, product and team has a document space in DelPulse: pages written with templates, and files uploaded into folders, each with every version kept. Restrict a document to the people with a role on the unit, link it to work, and at handover the project’s documents move to the product. No Microsoft 365 needed; linking documents in SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams still works beside it.
Why it matters
Not every organisation keeps its documents in Microsoft 365, and documents scattered across email and shared drives get lost. A library on each unit keeps every page and file with the work it belongs to, with every version.
