Definition of Ready and Done
Entry and exit rules for stories. Ready: acceptance criteria (Given, When, Then) and story points. Done: every acceptance criterion passed, every test passing, the checklist complete, with safety and test evidence.
Why it matters
Explicit entry and exit rules make quality and safety evidence non-negotiable.
