Role self-assessment and coaching canvas

Every role has a self-assessment, built from what the role does, the standards it keeps, the events it leads, the artifacts it owns and the people it works with, and a coaching canvas: a whiteboard where the person colour-codes each statement by their score, gathers evidence and plans what to work on with their coach.
