Sits on the Project Board for those who design, build and support the product: the supplier’s delivery lead and the head of IT delivery. Commits supplier resources and is accountable for the quality of what is supplied.
Why it matters
Supplier and IT capacity decides whether a go-live date is real. Someone senior must commit it and answer for quality.
