Senior User
Sits on the Project Board for the services and staff who will use the product: specifies their needs, commits their people and confirms the product meets those needs. Usually a divisional or operational director; the Receiving Product Manager attends with them.
Why it matters
Projects deliver what users need only when a senior user leader is accountable for defining those needs and releasing staff to help.
