Workshop whiteboards
Shared canvases for workshops: sticky notes, shapes, pen and connectors, with a timer, private brainstorming, dot voting and gathering notes into themes. What the room agrees becomes real work: notes become work items with a parent, status and dependencies, retro actions become actions, and on a planning board moving a note moves its item between sprints, and the other way round.
Why it matters
Workshops produce agreement on sticky notes that is then lost or retyped. A whiteboard that runs the session, and turns its outcome into work, keeps the decision and the delivery together.
