“Where this project is” shows the stages grouped into Shape, Build and Launch. - Check its size Project › Overview › Size
Small and Standard use one checkpoint per stage; Major uses formal gates G0 to G5. - Change size if needed Project › Change size
Sizing is proportionate: the lightest governance that is still safe.
