Step by step

1. Write the project brief and business case Project › Records
   Templates follow PRINCE2 management products, sized to the project.
2. Send it for assurance Project › Overview › Next checkpoint
   The PMO Lead assures it; the SRO and Executive Sponsor approve.
3. Four-eyes Approval
   The author of a version cannot approve it.
4. Pass the checkpoint Project › Overview
   When the criteria are met, the decision moves the project to the next stage.
